Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?

Nope! As long as we have clear access to your driveway or designated placement area, we can drop off and pick up your dumpster whether you're home or not. Just let us know where you'd like it positioned, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll also text you when we're on our way and after the job is complete.

How far in advance should I book?

While we accommodate same-day requests whenever possible, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days ahead during busy spring and summer seasons to guarantee your preferred delivery date. For large commercial projects requiring multiple dumpsters, give us a week's notice if you can.

What size dumpster do I need?

It depends on your project! Here's a quick guide:

• 10-yard dumpster: Small bathroom remodels, garage cleanouts, landscaping debris, or heavy materials like concrete (3-5 pickup truck loads)

Can I switch to a bigger size if I run out of room?

Yes! If you realize mid-project that you need more capacity, just give us a call. We can swap your current dumpster for a larger one or deliver an additional container. We'd rather help you adjust than have you deal with overflow.

You'll only pay for the size you ordered, so there's no penalty for having extra space. That said, our sizing guidance is based on hundreds of projects, so we're pretty good at helping you avoid overpaying for capacity you don't need.
